
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (April 30, 2026) – Fort Lauderdale United FC’s USL W League team announced its 2026 schedule on Thursday afternoon as it enters its second season in club history. After a promising inaugural campaign that fell just short of a playoff berth, the club will look to build on that foundation in 2026.
The 10-match regular season opens Saturday, May 16 and concludes Sunday, June 27, before a 16-team, single-elimination tournament determines the 2026 USL W League champion. Follow @ftlutdacademy on Instagram for updates.

Fort Lauderdale will open the season on the road against FC Miami City on May 16, a club it defeated twice last season. The team returns home for a two-match homestand, hosting Brevard SC Riptide in its home opener on May 20 before facing Miami AC on May 27.
Following the homestand, Fort Lauderdale embarks on a three-match road trip, traveling to Brevard SC Riptide on June 3, Tallahassee Reckoning on June 7 and Sporting JAX on June 10, a stretch that spans the east coast of Florida.
The club then returns home to begin a crucial four-match stretch to close the regular season, alternating between home and away fixtures. Fort Lauderdale will host Brooke House FC on June 14 in the teams’ only meeting of the season before visiting Miami AC on June 17. The team closes its home slate against FC Miami City on June 24 and concludes the regular season on the road against Tallahassee Reckoning on June 27.
The regular season will be followed by the 2026 USL W League Playoffs. The Conference Semifinals are set for July 3, with the postseason culminating in the Final during the weekend of July 17-19.
Schedule Notes:
- Fort Lauderdale will face FC Miami City, Miami AC, Brevard SC Riptide and Tallahassee Reckoning twice each. The club will host and visit FC Miami City, Miami AC and Brevard SC Riptide once apiece, while traveling to Tallahassee for both meetings.
- The club will face Sporting JAX and Brooke House FC once each, hosting Brooke House FC and traveling to Jacksonville for its matchup with Sporting JAX.
