FTL CUP

The FTL Cup is a four-day youth soccer tournament for boys and girls teams from U8 through U19, played over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend in Broward County and surrounding areas. The current TSG calendar projects 100+ participating teams.

WHO: U8 – U19 | Boys & Girls

WHEN: January 15-18, 2027

Out-of-area teams are required by the tournament rules to stay at tournament-approved host hotels. Click below to book a hotel!

Entry Fee

U8 – U10: $950

U11 – U12: $1,000

U13 – U14: $1,075

U15 – U19: $1,150

Referee fees are included. Payment is collected through GotSport.

Refund Policy

The rules provide refund conditions when a team is not accepted, the tournament is canceled, an application is withdrawn before acceptance, or an advertised age group is not offered. Teams that withdraw after the registration deadline are not entitled to a registration-fee refund.

Registration Deadline

Deadline: Dec 18, 2026

The rules state that registrations and/or payments received after the deadline incur a $50 late fee.

Minimum Games

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of three games.

Competition Levels

Gold, Silver and Bronze divisions will be offered.

U8 – U10

• 7v7 format
• Maximum roster of 12 players
• Maximum of four guest players
• 25-minute halves

U13 – U14

• 11v11 format
• Maximum roster of 22 players
• Maximum game roster of 18 players
• Maximum of six guest players
• 30-minute halves

U11 – U12

• 9v9 format
• Maximum roster of 16 players
• Maximum of five guest players
• 25-minute halves

U15 – U19

• 11v11 format
• Maximum roster of 22 players
• Maximum game roster of 18 players
• Maximum of six guest players
• 35-minute halves

Competition Notes

• FIFA Laws apply except where modified by the tournament rules.
• Group play scoring: three points for a win, one for a draw, and zero for a loss.
• Playoff ties are decided by penalty kicks; no extra time is stated.
• No protests are permitted.
• Teams should be at the field 30 minutes before kickoff.
