FTL Cares is Fort Lauderdale United FC’s new community impact initiative, dedicated to empowering and uplifting South Florida through service, connection, and sport. The program unites our players, staff, and fans around volunteer projects, youth mentorship, and ticket donations that make a real difference in the community we call home.

FTL Cares is more than outreach. It’s part of who we are. It gives players purpose, fans pride, and partners a meaningful way to connect with the heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale. Together, we make our community stronger, one assist at a time.

Our mission is to strengthen South Florida by connecting the power of sport with the needs of our community. FTL Cares exists to inspire service, inclusion, and unity on and off the field.

1. Community Service

• Volunteer events with players, staff, and fans.
• Projects with local schools, shelters, and youth organizations.
• Monthly themed initiatives (e.g., Back-to-School Drive, Beach Cleanup, Food Bank Fridays).

2. FTL Assists: Ticket Donation Program

• Complimentary or discounted tickets to local nonprofits, schools, and community groups.
• To buy tickets directly benefitting our FTL Assists program, click HERE. An FTL UTD representative will be in touch to distribute tickets to a group of your choice.

3. Youth & Empowerment

• Mentorship and soccer clinics for underserved youth.
• Partnerships with local sports and wellness programs.
• Career days and leadership talks with team staff and players.
