The Legend of 1893.

Every club has a story.

Ours starts in 1893, along the waterway we now call the New River.

South Florida was still wild and uncertain.

The path ahead was uncharted. Yet a young adventurer chose to cross anyway.

No guarantee of success.

No promise the journey would be easy.

Only the belief that something greater waited on the other side.

So he pushed forward.

When the current fought against him, he pushed harder.

When storms changed his course, he found another way.

When the path disappeared, he made his own.

Because pioneers understand something others often learn too late:

The path worth taking is rarely the path already made.

More than a century later, that same spirit lives in the game we love.

It begins with young players across South Florida.

They train. They stumble. They lose. They learn.

They get knocked back.

And they come back stronger.

Fort Lauderdale United FC’s academy was built for that journey.

Preparing players to fight through setbacks, trust the work and keep moving toward something greater.

In March 2027, that journey reaches a new frontier.

Fort Lauderdale United FC enters USL League One.

A new men’s professional team.

A new challenge.

A new opportunity.

There will be setbacks.

There will be battles.

There will be moments when the current feels too strong.

That is part of the adventure.

Because glory is never handed to you.

It belongs to those willing to keep moving forward.

From the academy fields to the professional pitch, a new generation is ready to claim its place.

The map is unfinished.

The opportunity lies ahead.

And the adventure is only beginning.

THE NEXT FRONTIER AWAITS.

Fort Lauderdale United FC.
